Parsons Hill

This project transformed an existing guest bedroom into a warm and inviting retreat inspired by the character of modern boutique interiors. Blending contemporary simplicity with subtle farmhouse influences, the design was curated to feel timeless, refined, and effortlessly comfortable. The scope included furniture layout, furniture and décor sourcing, material selection, and styling. Layered neutrals, warm timber finishes, soft textiles, and ambient lighting were carefully selected to create a cohesive space that feels both welcoming and functional. The result is a thoughtfully designed guest suite that balances understated luxury with everyday comfort, offering guests a calm and relaxing place to unwind.

The furniture layout was reworked first to give the room breathing space, then finishes and pieces were sourced to a tightly held palette. Layered neutrals, warm timber, soft textiles and ambient lighting build the quiet, understated luxury the room now has.
